How You Can Help
Volunteer
Without the contribution of thousands of volunteer hours each year, PYAC programs could not exist. Volunteers serve as board members, coaches, teachers, office helpers, fundraisers, and chaperones. To offer your assistance, call PYAC at (541) 929-4040.
Gifts in Memory
A memorial fountain has been created for remembering loved ones. For $500, their name will be engraved on the remembrance stone placed near the fountain at the front of our building.
*Thank you to all those who honored Coach Gary Cox by donating to PYAC in his memory. He was a kind and decent man who committed himself to making the lives around him better. He will be greatly missed by all of us here at PYAC.
Gifts in Honor
If you want to give a gift in recognition of a special person who has a genuine concern for the welfare of Philomath's youth, make a donation to PYAC in that person's honor, and we will notify them of your gift.
Endowment Fund
In 2001, PYAC created an endowment fund for the continued maintenance of the Clemens Clubhouse. In 2004, a program endowment fund was slated to benefit the PYAC programs. With the assistance of the Oregon Community Foundation, PYAC now has the capability to assist potential donors wishing to create a bequest, charitable remainder trust, or a planned giving request to the PYAC organization.
Scholarships
PYAC believes that all children and families should have equal access to all of our programs and activities. We do not turn children away because of a family's inability to pay. PYAC offers scholarships on a sliding scale based on financial need. Scholarships are funded through donations and grants.
Donate Directly
You're more than welcome to donate directly to our organization. Donations can be made in your name, the name of your business, or anonymously. You are welcome to donate via cash, check, card, or Venmo.
Amazon Wish List
As a non-profit youth service organization, there are often items we would love to have, but aren't always on the list of top priorities. Please consider helping support enrichment items for the children to use during our programs.
