WHAT IS SAFETY TOWN?

Philomath Safety Town is a summer safety program designed for Philomath School District children who will be entering kindergarten in the fall of 2023. Under the guidance of a teacher, law enforcement officer, and teen instructors, children are introduced to many types of safety concepts. They will practice being safe pedestrians and drivers of peddle cars in our miniature town. This, combined with songs, art projects, videos, a bus field trip, and many presentations, provides a fun learning experience for the children.

DATES & TIMES:

August 21st – 25th

9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

*You are invited to a Graduation Ceremony on Friday at 11:30 a.m. We hope you can attend. Children will be dismissed following graduation.

Please pick up your child promptly at the session’s end each day.

FEE:

$50 per child (T-shirt will be provided)
